Returns
We accept returns on regular stock items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom orders, special sizes, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email us at info@clariscompany.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that do not meet our return criteria.
