Is there a minimum order?

No. We can produce 1 or 1,000 or more; we do not believe in minimums.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Your representative will quote logistics specific to your delivery address.

Can you customise sizes and finishes?

Most silhouettes can be scaled to project specifications. Custom finishes are reviewed case-by-case.

What's the typical lead time?

If in stock, we ship within a few days. If your piece requires a custom order, lead time varies with the size of the order and our shipment schedule. All product comes from Europe on a set shipment schedule; larger orders can be accommodated for a quicker turnaround.

How do I get samples?

Once approved, your representative can ship a sample set, glass swatches and hardware finishes, directly to your studio.
