Is there a minimum order?
No — we can produce 1 or 1000+, we do not believe in minimums.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Your representative will quote logistics specific to your delivery address.
Can you customise sizes and finishes?
Most silhouettes can be scaled to project specifications. Custom finishes are reviewed case-by-case.
What's the typical lead time?
If in stock, we ship within a few days. If requires a custom order, lead time varies depending on size of order and our shipment schedule. As all product comes from Europe, we follow a shipment schedule with all our orders. Larger orders can be accommodated for quicker turn around.
How do I get samples?
Once approved, your representative can ship a sample set — glass swatches and hardware finishes — directly to your studio.
