What is a decor mirror?
A mirror specified for its design language, not its function as a bathroom fixture. Foyers, dressing rooms, living spaces, and feature walls. Claris decor pieces are designed to read as objects on the wall first, mirrors second.
Who designs the Claris decor pieces?
Benoît Gérard, Creative Director at Claris, designed the Gemini Collection. Serhii Gotvyansky designed Core and OKO in the Art Collection. The remainder is under Claris's brand-wide creative direction. Every piece is signed work where authorship applies.
Are decor mirrors lit?
Some are, some are not. Pulse Decor and Acari Decor are backlit. Core, OKO, and most Gemini pieces are non-illuminated sculptural mirrors. Configurations with integrated LED are available through Concept Studio as quote-on-request.
What glass do you use?
Belgian low-iron Diamond ClearVision on most pieces. 6mm Bronze Frosted Belgian glass on every piece in the Gemini Collection. Low-iron returns colour accurately and removes the faint green cast standard glass carries.
Can these be customised?
Yes. Concept Studio specifies custom dimensions, finishes, and configurations on any catalogue piece. Lead time four to eight weeks. Custom builds carry the same five-year warranty as catalogue pieces.
Where are they made, and what is the warranty?
Crafted in Europe on Belgian glass. Every piece is Certified to North American Standards and carries a five-year warranty.
