Every mirror is made to order and inspected before shipment, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clariscompany.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve it promptly. VELA comes in a slim stainless steel frame in Black Matte, with a White finish also available.
No. VELA is a non-LED mirror, so there is no wiring involved; it hangs like a framed piece.
Standard mirror glass carries iron, and iron is green, so the reflection comes back with a faint cool cast that grows with size. Diamond ClearVision is low-iron Belgian glass with no colour of its own, so whites stay white, timber keeps its warmth, and a specified stone or paint returns the way it was chosen. We can supply standard glass on request, and we build on Diamond ClearVision because the mirror is the instrument the whole room is judged through.
Yes. Every Claris mirror is made to order, so the dimensions are set by your project rather than by a catalogue. Send the size you need with your quote request and we confirm it in writing.
There are several shipping options depending on the size and destination of the order. For multiple units we can often ship on a pallet, which brings the overall shipping cost down. Send an inquiry with the quantity and destination before you order and we will confirm the best option in writing.
